Return Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
In the odd case that you do not love your PAIDHU ETHICAL FOODS products, here is our policy on returns:
- Products can be returned within 02 days of receiving only if the packs are sealed and not damaged in any way.
- In case of damage or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, they need to provide visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to www.paidhussaffron.com within 01 days from the time of delivery.
- PAIDHU ETHICAL FOODS team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed time.
- Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date we receive the products back.

No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer.
- Non- availability of recipients at the mentioned address and/or premises.
- Refusal to accept products.
- Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.
Cancellation
Save and except as provided hereunder, You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:
- If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
- If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 15-20 days of placing the order.
